How do I setup a ticket?
When filling in a support ticket, to allow us to reply asap, we would appreciate if you could provide the following information :
- Your company name
- Brief description of what you are trying to achieve
- A screenshot of the issue / error message
- The link of the job you are having issues with.
- To retrieve it, select the workflow you are having issues with and click on the job you want us to look into.
- Then, copy the URL that should look like: https://app.captaindata.co/workflows/00000/job/000000
