The support is here to help you out. In order to make our life easier, avoid back and forth and increase the response time, provide use with the following information.
- Your company/project name
- Brief description of what you are trying to achieve
- A screenshot of the issue / error message
- The Workflow URL. It should look like https://app.captaindata.co/workflows/xxxxx
- If the workflow uses a Spreadsheet - make sure we can access it by inviting us or by making it public
- Ideally, also send us the Job Name and/or the Job UID 👇
