You can search the Help Center or ask a question, by clicking on "Ask":

To avoid back and forth emails and decrease the response time, kindly provide use with the following:

  • Brief description of what you are trying to achieve
  • The Workflow URL: it should look like https://app.captaindata.co/workflows/xxxxx
  • The Job URL (most useful) that looks like  https://app.captaindata.co/workflows/xxxxx/job/yyyy
    ⚠️  Please do not just copy-paste the Job UID, but provide the full URL
  • If the workflow uses a Google Sheets Spreadsheet, make sure we can access it by inviting us or by making it public
  • You can also attach a screenshot of the issue
