The support is here to help you out. In order to make our life easier, avoid back and forth and increase the response time, provide use with the following information.

  • Your company/project name
  • Brief description of what you are trying to achieve
  • A screenshot of the issue / error message
  • The Workflow URL. It should look like  https://app.captaindata.co/workflows/xxxxx
  • If the workflow uses a Spreadsheet - make sure we can access it by inviting us or by making it public
  • Ideally, also send us the Job Name and/or the Job UID 👇
