Reset and forgot password

If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot my password" on the login page:

Enter the email of the account you want to reset the password for and click on "Request password change":

Check your emails. You received an email with the following object: "Captain Data Password Reset Request"

Open it and click on "Reset Password"

A new window will open. Enter a new password and click on "Save and Sign In":

You new password is now set. You can sign in to the platform.
